Scope of Services
GWS Hospital Solutions acts strictly as a provider of home care. Our services are limited to:
- Home Nursing: Patient monitoring and care.
- Elderly Care: Assisted living support & companionship.
- Physiotherapy: Rehabilitation services.
- Caregiver Support: Daily living assistance.
Important Disclaimers
Non-Medical Disclaimer
- We do not practice medicine or perform surgeries.
- We do not sell pharmacy medicines.
- We do not sell medical equipment (beds, oxygen, etc).
Not an Emergency Service
Do not call us for life-threatening emergencies. In case of heart attack or severe trauma, call an ambulance immediately.
Booking & Cancellations
Payments
- Confirmed only upon advance payment.
- Invoices cleared within 3 days.
- Refunds processed within 7-10 working days.
Cancellations
- 24 Hours Notice required to cancel a visit.
- We reserve the right to replace staff in case of illness.
Limitation of Liability
While our staff is trained to provide care with due diligence:
- Professional Care: GWS is not liable for the natural deterioration of a patient's health or complications occurring despite standard care.
- Valuables: GWS is not liable for theft or loss of cash/jewelry. Clients are strongly advised to secure their valuables.
WhatsApp Consent
By providing your mobile number, you explicitly consent to:
- Opt-In: Receive invoices, staff profiles, and updates via WhatsApp.
- Opt-Out: Reply "STOP" at any time to unsubscribe.
- Data is processed via Meta Platforms Inc. for delivery.
Responsibilities & Law
- Zero Tolerance: Abuse towards staff results in immediate termination without refund.
- Safe Environment: You must disclose infectious diseases.
- Governing Law: Exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
